Words

For quite a bit of time now I’ve been allergic somehow to the word story, when used next to something that has to do with photography. As if the word story took photography and dressed it up to be something it isn’t, applied qualities to it or intentions that photography by nature doesn’t have. And never asked for. Like—get over it, it’s a bloody picture—kind of allergy.
